Central to what we wanted to do and close to the station

The hotel was conveniently located and relatively comfortable.
The airconditioning was centrally controlled and too cold, especially when I became soaking wet in the rain walking between the main building and annex. There was no option to turn it off or adjust. The room was not very clean with long black hairs and big dust balls. It is a shame the walkway between buildings is not covered as it rained heavily during my stay. The shower over the bath was very difficult to step in and out of. The bed was not made daily - the hotel described this as being an eco strategy but I don’t understand how remaking a bed with the same sheets is environmentally friendly.

The staff were excellent. Room was modern and not too small. Also, convenient connection to the airports.
The location was hard to find. There must be a better instruction on the website. The location is not great for a tourist.

I thought it was clean and well looked after. The big surprise was the bed. It felt very hard when we touched the mattress but ended up being one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Great area in the lobby for guests with toothbrushes and essentials all free for guests to take what they need.
Housekeeping were very annoying. I was very ill at the start of the holiday and didn’t feel great for most of the holiday. I had to rest a lot. I put up a do not disturb sign. Three days in we got a notice under our door saying they needed in to clean. The room wasn’t dirty. I invited the housekeeping in twice to change the sheets and towels. But then they started calling the room and putting more notices under the door. I was resting most of the time but they still insisted they wanted to clean the room. I had to ask them to leave us alone.
There is no suitable wardrobe space in the room for one person never mind my husband and I. I had to spread clothes out on the furniture. Another reason I didn’t want housekeeping in the room as they would have had to move everything out the way.
Breakfast was ok. I’m vegetarian and there was a reasonable suitable amount. One lady that worked on the breakfast reception was very strict. We had a laugh at that in the morning. The rest of the staff were lovely and caring.
