Sufficed for low budget hotel

WiFi very poor, rooms also sold by the hour, didn't effect stay

If you stay for more than one night don't expect your room to be serviced

it’s a smoking hotel for a quickie

The location was great. Nearby a happening street but down an alley.

The elevator opened to my floor and I was instantly hit by the smell of smoke. it wasn’t much better inside my room. I don’t recall seeing it was a smoking hotel so that was really disappointing. then there was no sheet on the box spring!

Disappointing

The room was clean. The staff were patient and curious using a translator device to communicate with me. They kindly held my luggage till check-in time.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, they gave me a room that was used for smoking. I arrived early with my luggage for drop off but late to check-in, so I assume they gave my booked room away to someone also not happy with the room. I could smell the smoke and there was a sign asking to not smoke on the bed. I asked at the front desk and they claimed it was a non smoking room. They couldn't change the room or do anything for me. I started to feel sick from the smell. I had to put carmex in my nose to block and mask the smell so I could sleep. The room was also on the first floor directly in front of the front desk. I could hear people at the desk and outside if I turned off the fan in the room. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. There were no electric outlets near the head of the bed open so I couldn't charge my phone while relaxing in bed.

Good

It isn't to far away from the Shinjuku station if you don't mind walking. Also it is a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Not sure what it was but the smell was annoying after room cleanings. As others might have said but you have to leave your key at the front desk everytime you leave the building. It was calm most of the time but other quests might be a little loud since people might go there as "love" hotel.

If you don't mind love hotels, it's okay I guess

The hotel is clean, the front desk people were nice enough. Location-wise, it's very close from shinjuku nichôme so there are clubs in the same street and there was some noice from people partying.

This is a love hotel. I don't have a problem with this but other clients may be startled. Clean and quite comfy but a bit disturbing if you don't know where you are going. Also, the Booking price was clearly more expensive than the "Stay" fee, that's not a nice thing to realize. Speaking japanese, I don't know if the front desk attendants speak english or not.

Exceptional

The location is so good. I needed an accommodation that allows late check-in since I was coming from a late flight, it was okay to have check-in until 5 am. The room was clean and the bed is so comfortable. Compared to its location in Shinjuku, I can say that the price is fair.

Very near the subway station and shopping area.

Noise from another room can be heard from my room.
