Liked everything about the hotel and the facilities. Great location.
Nothing we didn't really like. But the Club Lounge could change the canapes at evening drinks. They were exactly the same every day - so got pretty boring.

The Keio Plaza Hotel was a great place to stay in Tokyo. We booked a room on a Premier floor, with access to the Premier Lounge. The check-in was incredibly smooth. We were escorted to the 45th floor lounge where there is a desk just for rooms on the Premier floors. The 45th floor lounge also has premium seating to watch the nightly light show on the Metropolitan Government Building & see views of the area. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and delicious. There are two, one of the 45th floor, and one on the 2nd floor. The 45th floor buffet is smaller and quieter, and the buffet in the 2nd floor has a much larger selection. The staff were wonderful all throughout our experience. We talked with the porter, bellmen, concierge, wait staff, buffet chefs, and more. They were all delightful, happy, and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Shinjuku train station making it super easy to travel through Tokyo, and also very accessible to delicious restaurants in nearby areas. Highly recommend.
