We really like the room. We had a lounge access which was very nice.
But the evening service ended early, I believe at 7:30 PM, which is way too early in my opinion. Then they start getting ready for breakfast the next day. On the day of checkout, they held their luggage and we were able to use the lounge to relax, and because we had a late flight so that was very nice. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful at every level.
We like the washer and dryer, but it was in the other tower, which was not a problem it just is.
This is gonna sound stupid, but we didn’t like the lobby. But who really cares about that? In the afternoon lounge service ended way too soon at 7:30 PM. We could go upstairs to a different lounge which had very nice views and with our room package drinks were included. The wine was terrible. They need to up their Wine game.

Liked everything about the hotel and the facilities. Great location.
Nothing we didn't really like. But the Club Lounge could change the canapes at evening drinks. They were exactly the same every day - so got pretty boring.
