Having read some reviews we were a little uncertain of what to expect. However, we were in a newly refurbished room that was excellent and one of the best rooms we had during our two-week tour of Japan - spacious, modern and beautiful bathroom. The room also gave us access to a newly opened gust lounge that was unexpected and beautifully appointed with free Starbucks coffee and soft drinks and wonderful views across the city.

The location was perfect for access to Shinjuku station. It was surrounded by everything you needed. There was a fantastic gym. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. There was a 7/11 in the building which was very convenient for breakfasts. We had 3 king single beds which were very comfortable.
The pool wasn’t heated.

We stayed in a delux or premium room on the Club floor. Th room was large and the layout was very smart, very comfortable. The staff was gracious and very helpful. The food and service in the Club Lounge was excellent. The selection was somewhat limited but it was all very yummy. There was plenty that we liked. It was fun to be able to view the Tokyo Metropolitan Government buildings’ light show from our room. Great stay, would stay there again.

Beautiful view, we payed for a high floor room
Old. The room was small even if we booked a large one. The bathroom also very small and old
