The location and parking were convenient. Staff was friendly with hygiene products were provided so we did not have to pack our own. They brought us extra pillows and offered us a choice between either down pillows or memory foam. Absolutely loved the rainfall shower head.
There were some stains on the carpet and the bathroom wall had a lipstick stain, but that’s normal for high traffic tourist areas. It would be nice if luggage carts were closer to the parking area instead of just in the lobby.

Great location to public transport and Shinjuku..
Very friendly staff that were also helpful.
Big rooms for Tokyo and no noise.
Convenient restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
7-11 in basement with money exchange snd ATM.
Breakfast buffet needs to varied. Exact same foods everyday.
