Lovely hotel with a nice bar restaurant offering happy hour every afternoon. There's also a very nice bakery. Busy and buzzing place. Great staff and location. We booked a larger room which was big enough for both of us and our large luggage.

Location in Shinjuku is excellent. In good walking distance to main Shinjuku area, trains, shops, etc. Being opposite to Shinjuku Chuo park was an absolute bonus, for a nice green space to walk through. Family Mart close by was great for meals and provisions. The Morethan Bakery on-site was excellent for bread and pastries.
Not a major issue, but rooms can be on the tight fit side and the beds were also quite firm/hard. However, these are minor issues which are far outweighed by the excellent location. I’d definitely stay there again!

The hotel is incredible for westerners traveling. We got the premium room because I am tall and it was a great size. The building is fun and has a lot of energy and it's easy to get all over the west side of Tokyo.
