Good location hotel in Shinjuku

Comfortable beds. Good blackout curtains. Extremely quiet. 5 minute walk to metro. Very nice free onsen. Coin laundry

Staff was not friendly. Even the twin room is very small fo 2 people. No drawers to unload suitcase.

大浴場があったので、疲れが取れました。ベッドや布団もビジネスホテルとは思えないほど気持ち良くて次の日が快適に動けました。

Can't go wrong with this APA hotel

The hotel is still a bit of a walk (~20 min) from Shinjuku, but there is the Oedo line that is very convenient and right outside the hotel entrance. The facilities and cleanliness are very nice, and even though the room is small, it still felt comfortable.

Cosy and fully equipped business hotel near metro and green parks.

Like the additional amenities provided like washer and dryer, self operated convenient store and vending machines.

Lack of hangers and hooks for clothings.

Great Location for the Tokyo Marathon start line

I stayed here as it was close to the start of the Tokyo Marathon (800m). Not much around besides 7/11 and Family marts, but very close to the train station to jump on and go places.

チェックインもチェックアウトもスマート大浴場があること駅近で近くにコンビニがあること

インテリアのせいか、部屋や廊下に圧迫感を感じた。各部屋で室温の調節ができない。たまたま季節外れに気温の高い夜で、暑くて寝苦しかった。

Overall it was pleasant

Onsen facilities Location - close to Shinjunku

Room is too small Someone having tatoo in the public onsen, they also brought mobile phones into the bath, very bad.

Отель удобно расположен, близко к метро, рядом есть продуктовые. Номер предсказуемо маленький, но трудностей это не вызывало. Ванная комната просторная для такого номера, что приятно. Есть онсен, в котором любил бывать муж (мне туда нельзя - татуировки), так что это плюс. В целом это хорошая сеть с ожидаемо приличным качеством, такой по умолчанию просто нормальный отель.

Что-то непонятное с уборкой. С одно стороны график (на 3 или 4 ночь), но комплект полотенца-чай и тд каждый день оставляют в пакете у двери до того, как я отдала грязное. А так как полотенце не становится грязным за 1 день и я за разумное потребление, то в номере (и без того маленьком) скапливаются пакеты с полотенцами, что не очень удобно. Плюс мусор не забирают из номера (выносила под дверь в коридор, но пакета на замену мне никто не дал, приходилось изобретать)

Basic but close to transport links

Location is very close to nearby metro station.

The single rooms are really compact. Smoking floor smelt very strong.

Nice. Clean. Bad aircon and wifi.

Very nice and clean room. Although VERY TINY.

Aircon not functioning very well. We needed to open the window at night not to suffer from heat and lack of oxygen.

Cosy, clean and right next to a subway station. Great price.

Great price! Significantly cheaper than many other hotels of similar quality in Shinjuku and Shibuya. Conveniently located right near a subway station. Approx one stop to Shinjuku central area or approx 25 min walk. Room was quite small but fine for a solo traveller. (Single room) Staff were friendly. Aircon worked well. There was a heatwave in Tokyo so I was grateful for the aircon. A few convenient stores and a chemist right near the hotel. Comfy bed. Overall I recommend, especially if you get a cheap price. Well worth it so you can splurge elsewhere.

I have a decent sized suitcase, I couldn't open it in my room and keep it open so I had to open it on the bed or infront of the bathroom/entrance and close it each time I used it. A little annoying. The room was cosy and worked for me but some people may find the rooms too small. The communal bath smelled quite strongly of chlorine. More than usual.

Near metro station, has a pool but only open July/August. Has an onsen but gets very busy. Clean , staff helpful & friendly.

Tokyo Visit

The hotel and room is clean. The staff are very accommodating but I hope that they will improve their English for better communication. The location is very near the Train/Subway station.

Check out shld be extended from 10AM to 12PM to allow the guest enough rest and time to prepare things that will be brought home.

A great place in Shinjuku

The location is perfect for the metro line. The Irish bar at the hotel was great, staff there were super nice! Pleasant and welcoming diffuser smells at the lobby and room!!

Price was a little steep, especially the food at the bar.

Location was great. Easy to check in.

Online it says we can store baggage. So I booked two nights then another night with a one night gap in between to go hiking. But they told me I couldn’t store overnight so ended up having to book an extra night which was expensive.

Disappointing and not good value

Close to train station

Paying to use the pool, have never come across this anywhere in the world! We left a laptop behind (black laptop on black bed runner:)) and the hotel did not contact us despite having our number. Had they done so, we would have had time to return and pick it up. By the time we realised at airport security later in the evening, it was too late and they have said they will not send to us at our cost. This was the poorest value hotel and least friendly service of the many we stayed at in Japan and a low note to end a great Japan holiday.

Good stay

Our room is quite small, for 2 adults, but I believe for the price one cannot have higher expectations in Tokyo. Clean, very polite and attentive staff. There is a metro stop right next to the hotel, which made our travel much more convenient in the scorching summer heat. Good connections to the rest of the city .

Lovely place and staff were helpful.

Great location, helpful staff, terrific value for money.

Room Wi-Fi was terribly slow. Complained however it wasn’t fixed. Great to have a pool however it costs to use.
