I loved the cats in the yard. The locality is very peaceful while being close to all the attractions of Rome. The appartment is very well equipped. I'm shy, so I appreciated the no contact, yet polite and helpful approach of the owners.

The kitchen, bathroom, and small cozy courtyard were beautiful and very clean, equipped with all the necessary cooking facilities.
The bedroom, wardrobe, and other amenities were clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.
Although the location was a bit far from the main attractions, access was easy and convenient by bus and metro
However – the bed and mattress were not comfortable, with the middle part noticeably sagging. The internet didn’t work at all, and checking in was a bit of a struggle — we only managed to get in with the help of the neighbors, as no one responded to our calls despite us arriving exactly at the stated check-in time.

Location in a quiet neighborhood.
City center only 30mn walking distance.
15mn walking distance from Roma Ostiense train station and Pyramide bus station.
Good set of Kitchenware and kitchen appliances.
Wifi
The oven in the kitchen did not work. Our host has not tried to solve the problem. They replied two days after our message (at the beginning of our stay) only to pretend to arrange a meeting at the apartment. Eventually they never showed up or tried to call us for the remainder of our stay.
The kitchen table is too small to properly have lunch or dinner at more than one person.
When we arrived, all the kitchen dishes were clean but stacked full of stagnant water in the cupboards.
When we arrived the refrigerator was on (light inside). We did grocery shopping and filled it up. On the next day, we realized that although the refrigerator was functioning, it was set on 0 (out of 8) therefore not producing any cold temperature. Unfortunately, we had to throw away some dairies and meat. We were never informed the fridge needed to be configured, we just assumed it was working just fine.. a shame.
The mattress has a banana shape. You have to be right in the middle if you do not want to feel like you are sleeping on a slope. For one person it is ok, but for two you have to choose who will be sleeping flat like a human and who will be sleeping like a mountain goat. After 10 nights in this bed, our backs hurt.
Also, no bedsheets are available, only the bed cover sheet and an acrylic duvet cover.
Tiny bathroom, not suitable for tall persons (eg: bidet is not usable, there is no free space around)
In the information prior to booking, it was mentioned some streaming services were included. On the smart TV, no such offer was available (Netflix, HBO..)
Although the patio looks nice, it is constantly full of mosquitos (our stay was in October) therefore impossible to enjoy. The windows in the kitchen that face the patio must be closed otherwise mosquitoes get in. All the other windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so no problem with ventilating the other rooms, but ventilating the kitchen while you cook on the gas stove is not an option.
