This is the most beautiful place that we have ever rented as a family. It is very conveniently located within a five minute walk (up a steep hill) to all the shops in Mazunte and to the beach where there is swimming and body surfing. It is also a short walk to Punta Cometa, which is a hiking trail where everyone goes to watch the sunset. There is a groundskeeper living on site keeping everything tidy and a daily complete housekeeping and cook service which made us feel so pampered. If you like a very quiet sleeping environment, bring earplugs as the music from the town at night and the amazing birds in the morning are loud. The design details in the house are perfect from the comfy couch to the beautiful cement sinks to the nice towels.We loved staying here and hope to be back again!

My friends and I rented this property & It was spectacular! Denzel(the cook), was amazing & cooked us the best breakfasts & made the best cocktails! Our host (Giorgio) was responsive, helpful & went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed! The house cleaner (Patricia) was so kind and did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy during our entire stay! We could see whales breeching and spouting every morning (right from the comfort of the outdoor couch)! The pool was clean and its super deep! The fans helped keep the bugs away at night. We were really glad to have chosen this spot! The view is INCREDIBLE! & the attention to detail & the overall aesthetics of this place are top notch! - We felt like royalty!
