I had a room to myself and I found it quite nice. Some stuff is clearly missing, like a bedlamp, but other things are really nice bonuses, like a iron and ironing board. Everything was clean and the receptionist did a great job showing me to my room (which is in a different building to the reception itself)
The bathroom had some problems. While everything was super clean, the drain was clogged most of the time. There's also some construction going on on different floors, so if you stay in the room you could be bothered by it, but I didn't find it problematic myself.

Excellent location. Easy to walk to everywhere in the city.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
The shower also leaked quite a lot and left a pool of water on the floor after being used.
