The best thing about this property is the location. Only one block from the beach, and you can see the sea from the balcony. Also, all the facilities ar ok, and reasonably clean.
If you are a light sleeper, you will have to use earplugs. :) The building is next to a street and a tram stop, which is great for getting around the city, but also noisy.

Lyst og rent. Godt isolerte vinduer. Praktisk med trikk og butikk rett ved. Kort vei til Promenaden. Lett å kommunisere med verten.
Harde madrasser, store, harde puter. Knøttliten heis som var upålitelig. Litt dårlig utrustet kjøkken.

Very well located. Public transport just in front of the apartment with buses and train to town and the main train station that will get you to Monaco or any other city around Nice. Brach very close just few steps, supermarket down in the building. The view is stunning and the sunrise is perfect from there.
The pillows are very very bad. It is like sofa cushions, 30cm high and hard. We couldn’t use any of the 6 “pillows” provided. Definitely something to improve.
