The location was great, just 5 mins from coliseum. Also, we did not hear any noise at all, so it is quite outside. The building hall is very nice, there is lift.
A bit small kitchen and the coffee making machine was pouring water on the table often so we just stopped using it at some point. There is only one bathroom which is okay, but the problem is that hot water comes from boiler and for 4 people it is not enough to shower at all. Even though it was 15-20 degrees outside it was quite cold inside so we often had to switch on heating on air conditioner. The entrance doors has some issues with lock, so there was a time we had hard time opening it. Also due to wind they could often make some weird sounds.
