Considering the alternatives around the area I’d say it’s one of the best options. I must admit, they did give us a room upgrade however, the amount of money paid for our booking, had they not given us one I’d be disappointed.
The service was disappointing to say the least. They really must work on the service at the pool side restaurants. Took a minimum of 20 minutes to get you the drinks. I once had to walk to the bar and practically force them to make my order cause it took more than 30 minutes at best. Really bad one of the worst experiences ever. Additionally our friends would pick us up from the hotel with their car and the staff at the entrance would constantly force them to leave area because they were not residents.
