The pool, the patio area and the large tables.
1. Although the charge for electricity was mentioned in Booking.com description it was not mentioned on any of the subsequent emails when we had booked. The imposition of a 233 euro charge for the week therefore came as a surprise (the unit charge of 35cents is much higher than the domestic tariff)
2. No handrail for getting in and out of the pool
3. Lloseta itself has little to commend it

Very nice villa, close to town (Lloseta) and to the train. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and also very clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with, which we appreciated! The pool looked nice, but the weather was too cold to use it sadly.
Nothing! It was a perfect villa for our needs.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Das Haus im mallorquinischen Stil ist rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben immer draußen auf der schönen Terrasse gesessen. Die Poolliegen waren recht neu und keine war defekt, wie wir es schon früher oft woanders erlebt hatten. Der Pool ist gepflegt und schön, auch mit tieferem Bereich bis 1,80 m. Der Sportplatz hat uns gut gefallen, auch wenn wir ihn nicht so viel genutzt haben. Es war etwas feucht durch den Regen und deshalb rutschig.
Platz gibt es für 8 Personen ausreichend in dem Haus und dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein Bad hat, ist perfekt, wenn man mit Freunden/größerer Familie unterwegs ist.
Am ersten Tag haben wir den Eigentümer kennengelernt, der sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Auch mit der Hausverwaltung zur Schlüsselübergabe und Hausabnahme hat alles bestens geklappt. Marta war sehr nett und hat per WhatsApp auch gleich geantwortet.
Das Zimmer auf der Nordseite ist sehr feucht gewesen und hat auch etwas muffig gerochen. Das ist sicher auch der Jahreszeit (Oktober) mitgeschuldet.
Der Kühlschrank ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Fussläufig zu Supermärkten, zum Bahnhof Lloseta und mit Zug eine Station nach Inca. Daher ist nicht zwingend ein Auto notwendig.
Die Sauberkeit war gut. Der Pool war sehr sauber und von der Größe perfekt. Super auch mit den Liegen und dem großen Tisch draußen.
Es gab 3 liebe Katzen, die uns regelmäßig besucht haben.
Wir würden das Haus noch mal buchen.
Wer sehr pingelig ist wird sich vielleicht an Staub in den kleinsten Ecken stören. Ist aber wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau.
