Newly refurbished 1900 sq ft 3 bedrooms/2-bathroom condominium in the popular North Hill Compound. This Santa Fe vacation property features plaster walls with warm stucco colors found in the southwest. The property is on one level and is eclectically furnished.
The Master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. There is a queen bed and trundle bed for the guest bedrooms as well as a bath with walk in shower. The home has beautiful wood floors throughout sans the master and small guest room. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and flat screen televisions in the sitting area and master bedroom.
The kitchen has classic Saltillo tile floors and offers stainless steel upgraded appliances including a Viking gas range. Enjoy a simple meal in the kitchen or the formal dining room with lovely light. There is high speed internet for those of you who need to work while on vacation. The piano is available for use.
Sit on the private brick patio area and have your morning coffee while enjoying the view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. This is the perfect setting just a short drive north of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. For those warm summer nights this home offers air conditioning.
