About this house rental
Completely renovated villa in a very modern style; tasteful furnishings and decor in neutral tones create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the entrance, you enter the living room with superb sea views, which more than compensate for the lack of a television. Adjacent to the living room is the open-plan kitchen with a large dining area. Both the living room and the kitchen/dining area offer unobstructed views of the sea and the pool. Large sliding doors lead to the terrace and pool. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area and access to the front garden with its lawn. The main house contains three bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is a guest toilet in the entrance area. From the garden, you can access the annex, which has a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. There you will also find a recreation room with darts and board games for children, as well as some fitness equipment such as dumbbells. A shaded breakfast table is located in the front garden, next to the kitchen. At the rear of the house, you can enjoy wonderful sea views. There you'll find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a Weber gas grill, a chill-out area, and sun loungers with parasols. A stunning infinity pool with a sun terrace and two adjacent cushioned sunbathing areas completes the picture.
