Terrible experience - Over priced and not worth the money

The only good thing of this place is location

The place is very expensive for the size and facilities. The beds in the apartment were very hard to sleep on (I couldn't sleep the first night). This apartment is internally connected to the apartment next door (a similar unit to this one) and you can hear loud noises late in the night and throughout the day. There is not really any sound isolation between the two apartments. The owner/Manager of the apartment himself doesn't treat the guests well. On our check-in day the owner of the apartment gave us instructions on self check in, and the self checkin automatic lock was not working (he seems to be aware of this problem on our call with the automatic lock) and he asked us to wait on the street for 30-40 mins at 40 degree celcius with all our luggage. When we asked if we could wait in the adjoining apartment unit he just declined. Then on the day of the check out he had painters coming in at 8:30 AM and requesting access to property, when the checkout time was at 11AM.

Good - but with Damp Patches!!!!!

beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean. Sheets and towels were provided, cutlery and plates as well. very close to the metro and bus stops, many supermarkets nearby. key collecting was very easy, it was not ready until check in time (3pm sharp). the street is very quiet at night.

clearly they have a problem with damp patches. one of the bedrooms had a huge patch close to the bed, with the wall still humid. Below the sink of the kitchen there was a huge damp patch (with mold) and on the top left corner of the kitchen (near the ceiling) had mold as well. This can be very dangerous for your health. I have already reported it to the owners, and I hope they fix it as soon as possible. This caused a bad smell in the apartment. We stayed during heat wave so opening our windows was nearly impossible, so the smell was pretty strong whenever you were coming back to the apartment. I would also propose to include additional plates and mugs (only 4 of each were provided).

Cozy and good location.

The communication with the host went well. The place had all you need to stay with one or two kids. Bedroom was cark enough to sleep during the day.

The property is close to a school, so if you don't mind the kids playing and screaming, it's ok. There weren't clear instructions about where to leave garbage, we had a large bag that didn't fit the street regular bins, it would be great if the host add photos to where place it.

Calidad precio bueno. Está en un buen barrio. Y tenía lo esencial para pasar unos días.

No había sábanas ni toallas suficientes. El ruido de los vecinos de al lado (ambos apartamentos estaban conectados con una puerta cerrada pero que se podía intentar abrir). De madrugada nos despertaban siempre e intentaron abrir la puerta.
