Merveilleux séjour. Très bien situé. Très calme. Lits extrement confortables.
Manque peut être d'équipement comme un grille pain et des petites lumières d'appoint pour avoir une ambiance lumineuse plus cosy.

Fantastic location, quiet, sunny, private.
It smelt a little musty but I bought some essential oils which helped.

Spacious house on a quiet street in a trendy neighborhood.
Lovely terrace and classic old American style.
Parking permit included (a must-have).
Maintenance is lacking (rusty windows won't open, dusty old AC).
Kitchen is poorly equipped (only found one cup).
The dirty bath mat could really use a wash and the bed is way too soft.
Even with the wear and tear, the pros outweighed the cons and we would stay here again.

Great price and perfect location (on average a 20 min drive in all directions to Hollywood Bvl, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood Sign and Universal Studios)
New stove and oven (however oven was hard to operate and kept turning off. Mentioned to host that it might need looking at).
Access to washer and dryer in the adjoining unit

All of the dining chairs were old, stained and tatty, the bath was stained, the linen was washed and smelt fresh but some items were grey and stained (especially the bath mat and a couple of the towels so we asked for more towels)
Dirty cloths under sink
Not enough cutlery (we were a party of 4 and there were only 2 forks. Im sure the host would have provided more if we asked but we made do with some plastic ones from a takeout order)
Handles on fridge and oven were a little greasy and sticky, so was remote control and dining table so had to wipe down with wet wipes.
The house also had a bit of a smell and we didn't want to open the windows as they were also dirty on the insides.
Has a lot of potential but more care needs to be taken with presentation and cleanliness to get a higher rating.
Note: Be wary of 10 star ratings as we were told we could get free late checkout if we gave a score of 10 (saw one review say that they were given a late checkout and gave them a 10 review). We were also asked a second time after coming home to give a rating of 10
