В целом было чисто в номере.
за 4 дня уборки не было. владелец вел себя странно, сначала не сообщал, куда приехать. как попасть. написал, что сначала надо оплатить городской налог и после он даст информацию. впервые с таким с толкнулись. в других размещениях такого не было. помимо прочего писал все время на итальянском, хотя я написала, что мы не понимаем по итальянский. начал учить как нам переводить его текст. но это странно. мы покупаем размещение не за маленькую цену, а сервиса нормального нет. еще и поучает, что мы должны искать переводчик, чтобы понять, что он хочет. Тогда размещайте только итальянцев. это неуважение к иностранным туристам. помимо прочего в номере было шумно, постоянный шум от поездов и он по факту ничем не приглушается. все время ощущали себя, как те, кто постоянно едет в поезде. С кроватью тоже непонятная ситуация - скрипела постоянно, максимально неудобная.
