L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Le personnel d’accueil était sympathique et poli.
La chambre était confortable et idéale.
Nous aurions apprécié pour un service hôtelier, un changement de serviettes et un passage du personnel ménager quotidien.

My three friends and I stayed in a slightly tight-in-space but comfortable family studio. Quiet, comfortable queen bed/sofa bed situation. Laundry in the building was lovely to have. Nice 20 min walk down to the old town of Annecy. Great value!

Parking and modern facilities. Nice person at the reception and they reply quickly through booking.
Room was small, low ceiling which made it feel even smaller. No place to put luggage. AC automatically setup at 28 degrees during a heat wave which made difficult to sleep. Toilet paper is not provided…
