The room was comfortable and the secure car park was big enough for my car and trailer. It was a half hour walk into old Annecy with plenty of restaurants. Although we were only meant to breakfast with our dog on the terrace, as it had rained the staff were happy to have her in the breakfast area.
When we were there the restaurant was not open in the evening and there were no good dining options on the door step.

The room was great, as were the staff and facilities. Air conditioning was great. Access to water fountains was very much appreciated. Food and pool access were all good, and the spa was lovely.
My bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly, and the staff forgot to put my room down for cleaning each day. But neither of those things impacted my stay much at all.

Comfortable beds
Some of the staff were unhelpful, verging on rude. The hotel and its location are quite bleak- there is very little to do in the immediate area.
