Una experiencia fantástica, muy recomendable. Nuestra estancia en el Villa Roygar ha sido excelente. Nos alojamos en una habitación doble impecable, muy bien equipada, limpia y con un diseño moderno. La atención del personal fue fantástica, mostrando mucha amabilidad y cercanía desde el primer momento. Además, poder disfrutar de la zona de la terraza (rooftop) con su piscina es un puntazo. La relación calidad-precio es insuperable. Sin duda, un lugar idóneo para alojarse en Guareña y visitar los alrededores. ¡Repetiremos!"

Everything was clean and modern
The main area smelled liked fried fish and was boost at night with doors banging etc. road noise wasn’t too bad until 5:30am. I already complained about the check in process, I didn’t see how to change tile language but even after we figured that out, both myself and a member of staff struggled to complete the process. Kept saying wrong phone number when the number was already inputted and was correct. The staff were dismissive, as I’m sure they will be here, saying I was the first to have a problem. A quick look at the reviews found another similar complaint.
If you are looking for UK, Britain, England Scotland or Wales, you’ll find it under ‘R’ that so every Spanish person can select it as there country of Birth 🤪
Just apologize and say you’ll look into it, don’t tell the customer he’s the only one, especially when he’s not.
I would stay at the other place in town next time, better location and has food.
