The property was clean and well situated. We could access everything we needed relatively easy. It was spacious and very quiet. We enjoyed staying there.
The apartment is a little outdated but we expected that as it was inexpensive. The only problem we had was the air conditioning units. 2 of the bedrooms had hot air blowing out and another stopped working and had water dripping from it. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are old and need updating. The owner offered to come take a look at the air conditioners but we declined as we weren’t going to be there at the time they were available. I would stay here again though as it was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

It was in a great location and a big apartment.
There was a lot of damage in the carpets, walls and ceiling. Multiple leakage spots. Towel racks, toilet paper holders broken. A couple of rooms didn't have a doona or blanket. We had to go to Richmond to pick up the keys, and then waited 20 minutes to give the keys to someone when checking out.
