Location and size of apartment are perfect. We stayed with 2 a families between 1 year to 80 years old and it is easy to find activity and restaurant to make happy everyone. don`t need to go anywhere extra.
Sea view- is not best part of the sea. Keep your expectations low. But not critical or important issue.

Funkcjonalne ułożenie mieszkania, sprzęty jak pralka, mikrofala, wyposażenie kuchni, system zamykania drzwi, wsparcie obiektu w razie pytań, bliskość plaży, okolica pełna sklepów i restauracji.
Brak klimatyzacji (dostępny tylko wiatrak z chłodnym powietrzem).

La ubicación es idónea, siempre que no busques vistas al mar. Nosotros disfrutamos del skyline del Puerto de Las Palmas, de la actividad de una ciudad capital y en definitiva de una experiencia urbana con la gente local que somos increíbles y acogedores. También un comentaril positivo sobre Edgar, el responsable técnico y el personal de limpieza de la escalera! Chapeau!
Vamos a ver 😅 Pocas veces hablo de cosas negativas y mira que viajo para aquí y para allá cuando puedo. PAGAMOS UNA TASA DE 100 EUROS DE LIMPIEZA MÁS UNA FIANZA POR POSIBLES DESPERFECTOS DE 100 EUROS. VALE, SIN PROBLEMA. Y a cambio, nos encontramos con un piso muy mal limpiado, con pelos largos en el suelo del baño y en los roperos. Una papelera diminuta rota, un ascensor que chirría al abrirse y LA JOYA DE LA CORONA: UN PEDAZO DE VÓMITO EN EL ASCENSOR QUE NOS DIO LOS BUENOS DÍAS EL DOMINGO POR LA. MAÑANA! PERO QUIÉN DEMONIOS ENTRA EN ESE EDIFICIO?!!!
