This hotel is a fair price-quality ratio. Boutique Hotel - really small and cosy.
-Location is Amazing !
But keep in mind, Shota Rustaveli Ave is excavated. Taxi will probably bring you to 18,Vaso Abashidze Street (backside of hotel). Would be nice to have heads-up from the hotel, but it’s not their fault at all.
-Really loved the staff. Starting with amazing barista in the coffee shop and chilled receptionist who was checking us in : polite , smiling , friendly. Receptionist was very relaxed and met all the queries asap with the smile on his face .
-Family Suite we stayed was gigantic : two rooms and 2 bathrooms . Totally worth every lari, especially if you have children.
-The room had a fresh makeover, you can clearly see it. It was clearly a quick fix and not really good one. The air con in the second bedroom is barely working . But this size of the rooms and location totally beat it.
-Entire Vibe of the place is - positive and chill. They have 2 purring cats in case you need a little company on top of great coffee.
-We sadly didn’t see anyone upon check out, receptionist was missing , but loved to thank staff for making this stay comfortable .
-Quick fix in the rooms , lots of very minor issues: aircon in the second bedroom is not great.
-Second day receptionist came at midnight and knocked the door to ask if we gonna have breakfast next morning?

The person at the reception was polite.
Pictures and the rating on booking.com doesn’t match. We were a big group and we booked 4 rooms so we could compare. The hotel needs refurbishment. Things like aircon was broken, sinks were chipped. The smell of new towels weren’t pleasant. The bathroom in one of the rooms had a strong sewage smell. The floors inside the rooms and in the hall were dirty. The room doors in one of the rooms didn’t close properly. The breakfast were expensive as for Georgia but it was very small and cold.
