I've stayed at Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel more times than I can count, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.
The location is ideal — tucked away on a quiet side street just steps from Rustaveli Avenue, yet close to everything you need.
The rooms are immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and as a very light sleeper I always sleep beautifully here.
But this time I want to talk about breakfast. Vakho and his wife prepare a fresh, home-cooked breakfast every morning that is honestly the best hotel breakfast I have ever had — and I've stayed in hotels across multiple countries over many years.
Fresh eggs, meats, cheeses, salads, fruits, and other delicious homemade touches. It is out of this world.
Add to that the warmth of Vakho, his wife, his father, and Ana — and you have something that no other hotel in Tbilisi can match.
Palm Tbilisi isn't just a place to sleep. It's a place to feel at home.

But on this stay, something new won me over completely: breakfast.
Vakho and his wife cook fresh every morning — eggs, meats, cheeses, salads, fruits, and more. It is the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down, savor every bite, and feel genuinely taken care of.
In all my years of staying in hotels around the world, I have never had a better breakfast.

Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel is, quite simply, is my favorite hotel in all of Georgia.
Vakho and his family have created something rare here — a place where every detail is attended to and every guest is made to feel genuinely welcome.
His father greets you with a warm smile.
Ana keeps the rooms spotless.
And Vakho himself is always present, always helpful, always warm.
The location couldn't be better — a quiet side street just steps from Rustaveli Avenue, close to everything yet shielded from the noise of the city.
And the breakfast — freshly cooked by Vakho and his wife every morning — is a wonderful way to start the day. Fresh eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, and more. The kind of breakfast that sets the tone for everything that follows.

I live in Tbilisi, which means I have options when I want to treat myself to a hotel stay. I always choose Palm Tbilisi.
The value here is exceptional — you won't find this combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality anywhere else in the city at this price.
The hotel sits on a quiet side street just off Rustaveli Avenue, which means you're close to everything but shielded from the noise. For a light sleeper like me, that matters enormously.
But above all else, it's Vakho. He runs this hotel with genuine pride and care, and it shows in every detail.
