Brilliant hosts - very helpful and accommodating when it was a wrong booking - suggesting change and implementing when they could have just refunded the money, and each time I needed to ring them. Very friendly
15 mins outside main town - close enough with easy access to town
Amazing welcoming letter - made my guest and myself very happy reading it
For a new house - you have done wonderfully!!
Instructions on how to use the electronic locks need more information.
E.G. instead of just the code it needs to have the instructions stating pressing the initial 2 numbers and then entering the code followed by the * to unlock both the front door and the room door locks.
Was very confusing for someone that has never seen an electronic lock let alone used one
