Easy enough to find. General setting is pretty with the river behind. Convenient base to visit a range of locations. Despite our reservations about the accommodation, it is priced fairly.
I don’t understand how this is rated as highly as it is. It is ok, but far from exceptional and a fairer rating is probably between an 7 and an 8.
Notably on arrival, all windows are open. Instructions for check out require this. I think this is because it smells a bit stale.
It is superficially clean but the bed smelt funky. We stripped it back and the mattress is quite stained and not pleasant. We ended up finding additional sheets to provide an additional layer of protection to tolerate it for our three nights. Notably they only do the minimum of bedsheet changes, leaving on existing mattress protectors and pillow protectors so you are going to be sharing sweat with the previous occupiers!
It is a fairly standard caravan park and the pitch is not exceptional. It is in the middle of the park with neighbours either side (well there is a small driveway between it and the right hand neighbour) and neighbours to the front. To have any privacy the curtains need to be drawn all day. The neighbour to the left has a decking area 2-3m from bedroom windows.
It was in our opinion noisy; with kids riding bikes around until gone 10pm.
The living space is a good size and was clean. The second bedroom is so small you may as well be in bed with the other person in there as there is barely a foot of space between the two singles….which are not even full sized single beds. The room isn’t really suitable for two people to share and there would be no where to put any luggage.
There is a family shower room with wc which is clean. They only provided half a roll of loo roll. There is a further en-suite toilet for the master which was also clean.
There is no welcome pack with any useful information which leaves you guessing on somethings. For example; how to get the hot water going.

Espectacular el menjador i cuina de la mobilhome. Els entorns tambe. Molt bona i ràpida resposta a les incidències.
Només hem trobat a faltar sabó i una tovallola mes. L'habitació petita es molt petita.

Avevamo qualche dubbio essendo un mobilhome ma siamo stati piacevolmente smentiti. La casa è molto curata, pulita e con tutto il necessario. La struttura all’interno di un campeggio è molto carina e molto divertente per i bambini. Il salone dell’appartamento Loire era davvero grande e spazioso oltre che accogliente. Come nelle foto.
La zona notte è un po’ ristretta tanto che per entrare in una stanza bisogna chiudere le porte delle altre. Suggerisco delle porte a soffietto o scorrevoli per ridurre il disagio.
