The owner/management was very responsive, friendly & helpful. No problem with the doors, wifi worked very well, it had cloth hangers, the apartment condition was nice just like the photos. I loved the main bedroom & bathroom the most. I could tell the management took the previous feedbacks very seriously. The location was superb, very closed to the point of interests, supermarkets, shops, restaurants & public transports. It’s centralised. We rode Uber only on the last day of our stay in Vienna, to go to the International Airport. Uber arrived in just 7 min at 5.48 am in the morning, the car & the Uber driver were excellent as well ! In summary, my experience was great.

Posizione eccellente. Appartamento pulito e silenzioso. Ottima comunicazione con l' host.
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema per entrare nell' appartamento quando siamo arrivati, ma l' host ci è venuto subito in aiuto ed abbiamo risolto.

The property was in a great location, very clean and clear instructions for entry.
We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up for a third guest and it was not ready.

Отличное месторасположение, все в пешей доступности. Можно заметить что в жилье был сделан ремонт, есть достаточное количество оборудования, столовых приборов, постелей и полотенец (даже более чем)
1. При поиске жилья ключевым фактором для нас была детская кроватка, в объявлении она была указана как доступная, но по факту оказалось что ее нет и мы ее не получили. Пришлось изобретать на ходу (ребенку 2 года)
2. Как я уже указал выше «можно заметить что в жилье какое-то время назад делался ремонт, но жилье в плохом состоянии: грязные стены, протекающий душ, двери которые нет возможности закрыть, краны болтаются, предметы для уборки просто вброшены в шкаф. Хорошее жилье но не ухоженное.
3. Не работал интернет.
4. К моменту прибытия не полностью сделана уборка (некоторые пакеты для мусора не были заменены), не вымыты душ и ванная, после предыдущих гостей.
Контакт с владельцем был постоянный, но это не повлияло на решение неудобств: кроватка и интернет. Остальное меня не волновало.
