The apartment was perfectly located in the center of Vienna, within walking distance of all the sights. We picked up the keys without any problems, received helpful assistance, and were able to leave our luggage early since we arrived in Vienna early in the morning. The apartment was clean; the only thing missing was shower gel, but that wasn’t a problem since we brought our own. There’s a Billa right nearby, which is very convenient for picking up essentials. We also received instructions, upon request, on how and where to dispose of our trash. The apartment’s location is truly perfect—right in the center—and very convenient for visiting a number of attractions. We’re extremely satisfied!
