Posizione dell' appartamento ottima e disponibilità dei gestori che hanno risposto in tempi brevi alle varie domande
L'alloggio era pulito ma il condizionatore presentava parecchia polvere residua sulle alette, lo abbiamo chiuso per sicurezza e fortunatamente non ha fatto troppo caldo. Migliorerei anche il sistema di aspirazione per la cucina che risulta insufficiente.

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la Ópera y cercana a puntos de interés. Supermercados y restaurantes cercanos.
Aire acondicionado estupendo, cama cómoda, cocina de juguete pero apenas la utilizamos.
Falta de mantenimiento; mampara de la ducha rota, asidero de la ducha suelto, alcachofa de ducha muy baja, ...
No me gustó que no tuviera entrada independiente, hay que entrar por un hotel que, según me dijeron, no tiene nada que ver con los apartamentos. Era violento.

The location is excellent, and our studio apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything was thoughtfully designed, especially the kitchen area, which had all the necessary equipment to easily prepare meals for our daughter. Although luggage storage normally isn't permitted after check-out, the staff of the hotel where the apartment is located took the initiative and helped us immediately. However, We already knew a baby crib wouldn't be provided, but if there had been one, our stay would have been a perfect 10/10.
the bathroom extractor fan is a bit noisy, and since it operates automatically with the light switch, you can't turn it off independently, which is quite disturbing.

Ubicación excelente y buena limpieza
Revisen y actualicen el aire acondicionado, con 30 grados y el último piso el calor hace imposible dormir y estar cómodos en el apartamento. Actualizar el mobiliario también ayudaría
