Ubicación extraordinaria en pleno centro histórico en calle peatonal con varios restaurantes y terrazas a 5 minutos caminando del Museo Albertina, Ópera Estatal de Viena, Catedral y la famosa Cafetería Sacher, así como a calles comerciales. Edificio precioso histórico del siglo XVII, amueblado y decorado tanto en hall como apartamento de manera majestuosa, haciéndote retroceder en el tiempo. Dos habitaciones amplias con camas grandes y cómodas, ventanas con doble ventana, una hacia un patio interior y otra hacia la calle. Despacho exterior perfecto para trabajar o leer. Zona del edificio tranquila y poco ruidosa. Información para hacer check in y check out muy clara hasta por vídeo. Comunicación fluida con anfitriones. Nos permitieron dejar maletas en hall antes y después del check lo que nos permitió optimizar nuestro tiempo para visitar Viena. Ascensor privado con acceso directo al piso mediante dispositivo contactless. Destacar el pack de bienvenida que nos dejaron.
El piso tiene un problema con la temperatura por el sistema de canalización del agua caliente del edificio, esto deriva en que el suelo y paredes de hall de entrada dentro del piso, baño y aseo estén muy calientes como si estuviera la calefacción encendida y eleva la temperatura del resto de estancias. Los anfitriones intentan compensarlo con ventiladores tanto en el baño, como en el pasillo que separa el hall de las habitaciones y los propios cuartos pero, si estás en plena ola de calor en Viena no termina de solucionar el problema. Solo para su información el piso carece de zona habilitada como tal para comer pero se puede improvisar con una mesa que tienen en el pasillo y diversos taburetes. Por otro lado, que sepan que el pequeño frigorífico no tiene congelador y enfría un poco lento.

El apartamento es muy curioso y elegante, amplio y muy limpio.
La ubicación es inmejorable porque estas en el centro de la ciudad!

The woodwork was pretty and most the drapes and the marble were good quality. They had a bottle of wine and cookies for us on arrival, which was very nice. The water pressure was good and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent with nice restaurants right downstairs.
The apartment was so hot, it was very uncomfortable. The first day we got there, It was so stuffy… It had to be almost the same temperature as it was outside, which was in the 90s. After leaving the windows open and putting the two fans on it cooled down, (I asked for more fans, but they were unavailable). We kept the windows open in the evenings and night, but then all the bugs got in and there were so many bugs. None of them mosquitoes thank God, but hundreds of small bugs came inside. I closed the windows on Saturday night because outside was so loud and I woke up drenched in sweat. the tile floor in the bathroom and entry are very, very warm all of the time. The hall corridor with the bathroom and kitchenette was so stuffy I was dripping sweat out in the eating area and toilet area. I brought a personal fan which really helped. The water also comes out incredibly hot, but it balances out with the cold but you have to be careful!
