Apartamento amplio y confortable. Mobiliario y equipamiento básicos pero suficientes. Muy buena calefacción en el apartamento. Potente conexión a internet.

Home Sweet Home has several apartments in the building. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and just a few minutes’ walk from the metro.
Check-in was very easy. The access code was shared with us before arrival, so checking in late, even after 10 p.m., was no problem. No keys, no hassle!
Our apartment had a comfortable, large double bed, a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge (no microwave) and all the kitchen utensils you might need. There was also a Nespresso machine and a kettle.
The apartment was spacious and easily accessible by lift, which was convenient with luggage. The underfloor heating worked very well, and the apartment was pleasantly warm even at the end of October.
Towels and soap were provided, and we particularly appreciated the overall cleanliness. The lady responsible for cleaning the apartments was also very friendly and helpful.
The TV was equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable.
Overall, everything was fine and we had a very pleasant stay. There were no major issues, just a few minor things worth mentioning. The light above the cooking area in the kitchen was not working, the heating pump behind the metal access panel in the plasterboard wall was a little noisy (adding some sound insulation to the inside of the panel would be a simple and inexpensive solution), and some of the PVC windows could do with a little adjustment.
These were only minor details and did not significantly affect our stay.

The location was really excellent - close to the very heart of Vienna and with an amazing supermarket just a couple of minutes away. The apartment was compact but comfortable. When a problem was encountered the host response was quick and effective. Overall a good choice for a few days in Vienna.
There were a couple of issues with access - these were not exclusive to our apartment. Problem solved when the hosts delivered keys allowing us to bypass the troublesome electronic system.
