We had a lovely stay at Aeki City, and the hostess was absolutely amazing; so helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely caring.
There was a heatwave during our stay, and she kindly offered us an air-conditioned accommodation for the same dates and at the same rate. We decided to keep our original booking because we specifically wanted to experience the European feel of the duplex penthouse, but we really appreciated her going out of her way to give us the option.
She was also very helpful in providing toiletries that weren’t available in the accommodation, as well as an extra fan to make our stay more comfortable. The outside terrace was absolutely charming.
What really stood out was her willingness to help with the little things. Unfortunately, not every host goes the extra mile, sometimes even when it comes to basic amenities, so her thoughtfulness and responsiveness really deserve to be acknowledged.

Incredible location. Gigantic Vienna apartment with soaring ceilings and a linear layout. Beautiful tree lined street - Robinia blooms just outside your patio-door-sized windows. The building is from the 19th century, but retrofitted with an elevator so you can take your heavy luggage without breaking a sweat.
Located directly above the iconic Cafe Eiles. Explore the city all day, and return by #2 tram which takes you directly to your door. Full supermarket just across the street opens at 7 am.
Would stay there for a day, for a week, for a year, for 10 years.

Location is great, close to metro and trams. Easy walking to sites. Grocery across the street. Easy entrance and check in. Host was good with communication and answering questions.
A bottle of water or coffee in the apartment would have been nice, but there is a grocery across the street. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice too, we are a family of 6 and only two rolls in the apartment.

Location was great, situated just behind the City Hall. There's an excellent Billa supermarket across the road and Eiles restaurant in the apartment block has a good range of meals from breakfast through to evening.
Needs air conditioning in the warmer months.
