We had to call to have the door unlocked, but the assistant was very helpful and was able to open the door remotely. Thank you for having a key for access after arrival. When you arrive, the keypad by the door is located on the right (not left); you may want to update the instructions. It's on the left only when you are leaving the apartment, but not upon arrival. It was great having a washer, but I would suggest providing instructions in English so guests use the most efficient, water/electric-saving feature. The drying rack provided was awesome. May consider instructions for dishwasher as well to be efficient. We appreciated the different bins for trash and recycling. The property was a good location for the tours we booked.
Provide better towels (large and fluffy)... the towels were worn, thin, and small; we would have liked to have washcloths as well. Also, possibly provide more washing pods for the washer and coffee pods for coffee.

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a very good location of the city.
The building is not top tier example of architecture in this part of the city. But everything else was perfect.

This is a small but very nice little hotel-room sized apartment. Inside, everything is great. The building itself is undergoing renovations, but that was quite ok, and we knew that in advance. The location is just outside the 1st district, so I would say it is quite good
Tram/streetcar lines are being renovated in the adjacent street, and this work goes on from 22:00 to 3am, sometimes even to 4am. We survived with earplugs and windows closed, but some nights were terrible. The tram construction will continue through June apparently.
