Het personeel, het zwembad en de prijs.
Ik miste stoelen op het balkon. Na het douchen staat de badkamer blank. Het staat in een skioord. In de zomer is het er stil.. Handige plek als startpunt om het Mavrovo nationaal Park te bezoeken. Er wordt geen alcohol geschonken in het restaurant.

O hotel é novo e moderno. A varanda tem uma vista linda do lago e fica perto das áreas de acesso ao Sky. Os funcionários são gentis e tem estacionamento.
O banheiro, apesar de moderno e funcional, não tem Box para banho. Apenas uma cortina. Ou seja, molha o entorno. E deixam um rodo para secar. 😂.
O café da manhã é bem simples. Mas ok.

The room was big enough, good beds and bathroom (although there was not curtain in the shower neither shower screen, so all the bathroom was full of water). Staff was nice although only one person speaks English (not a problem for good communication). They assigned to us a untidy room so we had to wait until they did it, nevertheless they invited us to our drinks during our waiting. The breakfast was simple but freshly made.
The spa was not fully working and they informed after doing the reservation. The hair dryer didn't work but they replaced it immediately. However, the fridge didn't work neither and, although, they said it will be replaced immediately, they didn't do it. We understood it was weekend and low season so it would be difficult to replace it very fast (not a big deal indeed).

Hotel bello fuori, niente di ché dentro considerando le 4 stelle. Colazione niente di eccezionale.
Per una notte va anche bene.
La spa é rivedibile, muffa nel soffitto della piscina e non tutto funziona (lettini riscaldanti ne va solo uno, vasca idromassaggio senz'acqua e credo fosse il bagno turco spento)
Nella palestra odore forte di chiuso, praticamente inutilizzabile.
Nel bagno della camera se accendi la ventola si sente puzza di sigarette.
Consiglierei di mettere almeno due asciugamani quando la camera é per due persone, e magari gli accappatoi non rotti.

"It is located next to the famous Hotel Bistra, so the location is perfect and it has a nice rooftop and room view on the lake. The staff is very nice, I didn't had the chance to check out the spa."
