The room was so cute and clean! The air conditioning was great in the sweltering June heat. The beds were comfortable. The water, yogurt, snacks, and fresh croissants were great. The staff was helpful. Luggage storage was a plus because we arrived before check-in time. The address was easy to find, but the only signage is the name on the call box. We were buzzed in quickly, but didn't realize we needed to go to the second floor until we buzzed again and asked about luggage storage. That was a little confusing. We did hear noise from other guests and staff, but it wasn't excessive. The location is great because it is near the Termini train station, as well as a metro stop and a bus stop. There are several attractions, grocery stores, retailers, and restaurants within walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here!
