Apartment was just what I needed - very basic but worked a treat.
Location was good - nice few restaurants around and very easy to get to bus/tram stations for travelling around. Short walk to a great shopping centre and beside opera house, science centre and Aquarium.
No bins provided for trash. Cleaners are not included in rental so bedding and towels aren’t changed.
As they’re apartments, there is no host reception/ building so you cannot drop luggage off early on day of arrival or leave luggage somewhere on check out day - they do have discounts for a luggage store though.
My apartment had issues with flies in the bathroom each day. I was constantly killing them only to find more. Bit annoying but it was only 2/3 every time I got home in the evenings. I also killed two silver fish during my stay which is usually a sign of dampness but I reckon that’s probably just with the AC.
Very basic apartment for what it cost but the cost was average for Valencia at the time of year I travelled - just without the benefits of hotel facilities.

Location is very great I could walk around a lot instead of taking the bus which is very convenient for me since I have a toddler.
The host always replied quickly to my questions so that was really helpful
There's no furnitures, so I had to put everything on the table ( the big one) and had to eat on the couch or on a chair because it needed to be out of touch for my baby.
The room was clean except under the bed ( I know we're not supposed to see under the bed so it didn't bother me that much)

Simple and I could talk with the property by WhatsApp. I liked the automatic and no need to meet a physical person for checkin and checkout
That had not the kitchen and they gave us a welcome set that had all the stuff for dishwasher and to clean the dishes but w had only a bed and a bathroom.
The water had no enough hot water for 2 people, after 6min the water was cold forever

Ambiente pulito, aria condizionata, TV, prese elettriche ben distribuite.
L'acqua esce dal piatto doccia e allaga tutto il bagno.... dopo ogni singola doccia occorre asciugare per terra con lo straccio.
Non ci sono arredi, mancano comodini, armadi etc., quindi tutta la roba bisogna metterla nelle sedie e nel tavolo
Per 3\4 persone la stanza è piccola e anche poco luminosa.
