Location
Smell of sewage, water pressure and the noise of the sewage system. Sewer water running on the driveway and by the hot tub.
Grill was very dirty. Very little cooking utensils and no baking sheets to cook biscuits. No streak knives.

Location, accommodations, price, customer service, almost everything!
Electricity went out in the area but nothing the property could do about that. It was handled as best they could. It was a bit puddled on the way in and out of the spa tub. It looks like water settles on the concrete which looks like it might be a bit lower than surrounding ground.

Loves the house, the decor, it was clean and perfect for our family
The water was yellow, i had requested ahead of the stay but it was still bad. We used bottled water. We couldnt use the grill because it was dirty and the cleaning kit had fungus on it
