The modern pool, which can be easily reached via a wide staircase, is a great place to cool off on warm days. There is a dining table on the adjoining terrace where you can enjoy your meals together. In the evening, the gas barbecue invites you to prepare delicious Mediterranean delicacies. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun. This townhouse on Mallorca is also ideal for cyclists, as it is located on a cycle route and has parking facilities. There is also a charging station for electric cars.
The interior design of the house is cool and absolutely trendy, providing a very comfortable and spacious temporary home for up to ten guests. Large floor tiles, gleaming white walls with natural stone elements and original lighting create a very aesthetic atmosphere. Relax on the large sofa in the relaxation area or enjoy a delicious meal in the dining room. This is open to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island. On the same floor there is also a large bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A second beautiful living room with large windows is located on the upper floor. There are also four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The fifth double bedroom and a shower room are located in the basement.
The townhouse Can Caragol de Sineu with its pretty private garden is located at the entrance to Sineu in the centre of Mallorca. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The bay of Alcúdia can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car.
