We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is very spacious, clean, comfortable and has stunning sea view. It has everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was also very good.
Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds, towels and linens were all in good condition, and overall the apartment felt very pleasant and well prepared for guests. There were also some nice little touches, such as tea, water and cookies waiting for us.
The location is excellent. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and a large Mercadona supermarket is also around 10 minutes away on foot. There is also a small supermarket just a couple of minutes from the building, which is very convenient for everyday essentials. A bus stop is located nearby as well, making it easy to get around Benidorm by public transport.
The outdoor swimming pool was excellent — clean, easy to access, open for long hours and with a very comfortable water temperature. There is also an indoor pool on the 27th floor, but we did not use it, so I cannot comment on that.
Communication with the host was excellent as well.
Overall, the apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and we were extremely happy with it.
There were only a few relatively minor inconveniences.
The main one was the key collection and return process. The keys have to be collected from the management office, which is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and they also have to be returned there at the end of the stay. The distance itself is not far, but walking there with luggage in the heat is not particularly comfortable. At the same time, taking a taxi for such a short distance feels unnecessary. A remote or self check-in option directly at the apartment would make the experience even better.
The mattress was not particularly comfortable, although of course this can be a matter of personal preference. In one of the two bathrooms, the water did not drain properly. We also noticed that the area around one of the air-conditioning vents was a little dusty/dirty.
These were all quite minor details and did not significantly affect our stay or our overall impression of the apartment.

Obiekt nowy, pan na ochronie bardzo pomocny. Dostępny w budynku basen i siłownia. Basen zewnętrzny czynny już podczas naszego pobytu w maju. Wszędzie czysto i przyjemnie.

Honestly, this apartment was awesome. It had everything we needed, was super clean and comfy, and the location was spot on. The view of the beach was amazing, and being just a short walk away made it even better. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and sauna — such a nice bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. I honestly can’t find anything wrong with this place. It was worth every bit of what we paid, and I’d totally stay here again. Definitely recommend!
