We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would book this condo again without hesitation! It was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. One of the biggest surprises was how many thoughtful amenities weren’t even mentioned in the listing. There was beach gear available, a hair dryer, board games, and even pantry staples that came in handy. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. The location is fantastic. The condo is just diagonally across the street from Public Beach Access (across from Seagrove Donuts and next to Emerald Hill), making it an easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area without having to worry about parking. Communication with the owners was outstanding. They were friendly, responsive, and made everything from check-in to check-out seamless. The condo itself is extremely functional and comfortable. There was excellent lighting throughout, plenty of electrical outlets, including convenient USB charging ports, Smart TVs, and an air conditioner that had no trouble keeping the condo cool, even during the hottest part of the day. We also appreciated the outdoor hose-off area after returning from the beach, which made keeping the sand outside so much easier. The beds and linens deserve a special mention. They were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on in a vacation rental. In fact, when she was stripping her bed, my mother-in-law was checking the tags on the sheets and bedding because she wanted to find out where to buy them for her own home! Access was easy with only one flight of stairs, making loading and unloading luggage much more convenient than many beach properties. There was never a time we didn’t have parking right in front of our condo. This is one of those places that exceeds expectations because of all the little details. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll likely find it even better than the listing suggests. We can’t wait to come back!

Close to the beach and shops!

Great location! Clean and decorated so cute but still simple where clean up was easy!

No complaints.

Proximity to beach! Appreciated having some pantry items stocked as well as laundry & dish detergents. Beach chairs/umbrella and beach toys also came in handy until we made it to the store to buy our own set!

Pools were dirty, debris needed to be cleaned out. Did not like how the bike racks were mostly blocked by the cars parked in front of them, made it very hard to park bikes with a vehicle on one end and large bushes on the other end. The apartment was not as clean as I would’ve liked and a good bit of the towels had stains on them (seemed to be makeup?).
