The instructions and communication were excellent from the owners. The apartment itself was exceptionally spotless apart from 1 issue mentioned below.. The location is excellent for a 10-minute walk into Town. The terrace is a suntrap. The apartment kitchen has everything.
When we arrived, as per the video, it indicates that you take the fob from within the apartment and aim it at the garage door. We located the garage eventually, but nothing worked. We spent half an hour trying different garages around the street. I contacted the owner, who stated that a message had been sent to me the day before (which I missed) where it was stated that there had been a fire. We spoke to a resident there who said that there had been 2 fires there, one in the garage and one in the entrance. This is evident as the original door had been burnt away and replaced with a temporary metal door. Also, burnt lighting cables hung from the ceiling, and there were scorch marks on the wall and melted glass on a door. We were told that this was a bin fire.
We got down to the garage and found evidence of that fire, too. My complaint is that the property still advertises that they have private parking. Their video that is sent shows you how to operate the fob. Both these should not be there as we booked that as a good feature. It is no good telling people the day before when you have known for months. You can find parking in nearby streets and i found one about 50 meters away.The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain properly, then floods from somewhere on the surface. The hairdryer didn't work, and I informed the owner who offered to bring us one, which we declined. When we came to leave, we stripped the beds, and 3 out of the 4 pillows had sweat marks on them (the one in the main bedroom really badly). All they needed were covers. This is nothing personal to the owners, but hopefully, my comments will allow them to implement these changes (especially advertising the garage still). I will not post photographs, but if needed, I have them.

L'appartement est très bien agencé et spacieux pour une famille. La terrasse est un atout non négligeable et elle a été très appréciée. Il y a également suffisamment de rangements. La localisation est très bien, quartier calme et il y a des commerces de proximité à 5 min (à coté du tram mais nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement en voiture). Adresse à retenir.
Pas un point négatif car indépendant de la volonté des hôtes mais le parking était inaccessible. Du coup il a fallu se garer dans la rue (point positif tout est gratuit alentour) en revanche des fois en fonction de l'heure il nous a fallu tourner un peu. Sinon rien à signaler sur le logement en lui même.

Overall was het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en heel school. Leuke en vrolijke inrichting hier was duidelijk moeite en energie in gestoken.

appartement lumineux, les 2 lits étaient très confortables et chaque couple d'ami avait son espace. La terrasse est au soleil la plupart de la journée un vrai plaisir. Le quartier est calme également. Il y avait de tout pour faire la cuisine, plaque et four tout était top. Le frigo était propre et suffisamment grand pour 4 adultes qui ont besoin de boire pendant la chaleur.
