The property was comfortable and had good wifi and made for an enjoyable stay - the bedrooms and spacious and provided plenty of space.
The property was clean upon arrival and had all of the necessary basics needed. The location was close for supermarkets and for food. Pool area was nice and provided a good place to chill and relax after a busy day.
Nothing significant. Like most rentals, there is always niggles but nothing that would have made our stay not a good one. I am disappointed though to read that the bricks that were loose on the front path were known about weeks before we stayed so I was confused why this was new news when it was reported.

I loved how spacious the villa was and its location was close to shopping needs. The amenities in the main resort area were top notch.
The lack of complimentary toiletry items needed for longer stays. Best to come with extras of personal items needed before checking in.

The amenities were awesome such as the water park and food. The master bedroom was nice and the kids enjoyed the outdoor covered pool with the bathroom outside.
The brick is broken in the front entrance so be careful. The home had an ant problem downstairs that made it kind of hard to let the little ones walk around. The ants were everywhere downstairs. The ants were the first things we saw when we opened the door. The place was not efficiently cleaned, hair was left behind, sticky banister and an old rag in the bathroom. The patio blinds were missing. Very little pots and pans realistically needed for cooking. Location was ok, but further away from the fun stuff in Orlando. My TV never worked or connected in the master. The extra rooms needed fans..bed frames are not sturdy but mattress were comfortable. The place is pretty but it needs better maintenance. The trash people came at the end of our stay which was disgusting. The owner was very responsive, but never offered a partial refund or anything. I was really shocked that all we got was an apology. I have several pictures..but I never want to be rude to a business owner or entrepreneur because I get it..but I would not stay here again honestly. Great amenities but the place needs to be better kept especially with it being newer.
