Quiet, modern room in a generally safe location. Extremely comfortable bed. Lavazza machine & water dispenser outside. The ladies at Reception, Amalia & I forgot the other lady's name (sorry!) were very prompt to respond with all the info we needed & kindly arranged for cleaning when we left the room a little later than usual.
The elevator is unusable if someone leaves the doors open on another level. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs just to close the doors and send the elevator down for our luggage. One short flight of stairs up to the property from the elevator. We didn't have a problem with that, but someone more elderly or with heavier luggage might.

El alojamiento un 10 de 10, buena zona para poder moverte si vas en bus/metro, muy atentos y muy limpios y gracias a Marika&Amalia (recepción) e Islem&Maryem (limpieza). Muy atentos y cuidando el detalle.

Location was OK easy buss access
The room was so small, the bathroom and the shower was hard to move around. The noise from another rooms was also annoying. Strange access system and the staff was a bit too overwhelming- always asking for the cleaning service and even to enter the room to fix something which was a bit inappropriate especially that next day we were out. At the end they did not enter upon my opposition. The towels were quiete old and a bit stinky.
