THIS PROPERTY HAS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE LIST. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PHOTOS THAT THE PROPERTY PROVIDES.
THE OWNER NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR ANSWERED OUR E-MAILS EXCEPT THE 1ST TIME I CALLED AND TOLD ME THAT SOMEONE ELSE WOULD CALL BACK ...AND NEVER DID.
THE PROPERTY STINGS!
IT IS A VERY OLD ARARTMENT THAT IT IS NOT WELL CLEANED.
THE SMELL OF HUMIDITY AND OLDNESS WAS ALL THROUGH THE PROPERTY.
THE WALLS ARE COLLAPSING, THE UPPER FLOOR IS DAMAGED AND DIRTY, THE SHOWER IN THE UPPER FLOOR IS RUSTY.
THE FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IS FULL OF ICE AND RUST TOO THAT MAKES IT IMPROPER TO USE.
IN GENERAL THE DIRT'S SONINGRAINED IN THE FLOORS AND WALLS THAT THEY'LL NEVER COME CLEAN!!!!
I TRYIED TO CONTUCT WITH THE OWNER BUT THIS WAS INPOSSIBLE.
HE ANSWERED MY CALL ONLY THE 1ST TIME AND TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL...HE NEVER DID.
I MADE THE TRIP WITH MY HUSBAND MY 10 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER AND MY 75 YEARS OLD MOTHER.
I ENTERED THE PROPERTY AROUND 15:00 O'CLOCK. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE OWNER AND BOOKING.
I HAD NO NEWS FROM THE OWNER AND BOOKING WAS TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY E MAILS AS THIS IS THE PROTOCOL AS THEY SAID. THEY GAVE THE PROPERTY 24 HOURS FOR ANSWERING AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM... WE WENT BACK TO THE PROPERTY AROUND 23:30 BECAUSE WE HAD NOWHERE ELSE TO GO... THE PEOPLE FROM BOOKING TRYIED TO CALL THE OWNER HE DIDN'T ANSWER..THEY TOLD ME THAT IN THIS CASE WITH THE PHOTOS THAT I PROVIDED I WOULD AT LEAST TAKE MY MONEY BACK....THE NEXT DAY WE LEFT THE PROPERTY AROUND 10:00 O'CLOCK AFTER MY HUSBAND FOUND A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY IN THE NEXT STREET. BOOKING DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO MOVE ,THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL NEATHER FOR MY DAUGHTER NOR MY OLD MOTHER!!! I INFORMED BOOKING THAT I LEFT THE PROPERTY AND AFTER THIS THE ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS AFTER ME TRYING AT LEAST TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
A FEW MINUTES AGO AFTER I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE ME BACK AROUND 22 EUROS....
MY LAWYER WILL COME UP WITH THIS BECAUSE I FEEL BETRAYED.
KEEP IN MIND THAT THE TRIP WE HAD IN ITALY WAS FOR 8 NIGHTS IN 3 DIFFERENT CITIES, 2 IN VENICE, 3 IN MILAN AND 3 IN ROME ALL BOOKED BY BOOKING.
