About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in Via Mario de Fiori, on the corner with the famous street Via Frattina and just behind the Spanish Steps. It measures approximately 90m2 and has been completely renovated and very tastefully furnished. It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT lift. From the entrance, you immediately enter into a kind of living-dining room. Here there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a large table with chairs for 7 persons. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 gas burners. There is a refrigerator. Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 7persons. Then there are 3 bedrooms each having a private bathroom with shower , toilet and bidet. Each room has a double bed, a small desk and a chest. One room also has a pull out sofa which can become a French double bed. So for a total of 7 persons. in the kitchen you will find a smart TV
The whole apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It has both heat and cool options.
Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer.
May we advise you that we do the check in from 2 till 10pm. in case your arrival at the airport is after 09pm, please send us a request and we will decide if we can accept this arrival and however there will be a surcharge of 40 eur to be paid.

My family of 5, all adults, stayed here for 5 days. The location is very nice, only 2 to 3 minutes walking to the Spanish Steps, about 12 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountains, and about 10 minutes walking to the Pantheon. There are a couple of places near the apartment where you can store your luggage. We used one called Stow Your Bags on Via Della Vita. Once we were ready to check in, Mario, the owner, met us up and gave us a run down of the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator (they make this clear before booking, so we were expecting it), but Mario even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. With three rooms and three bathrooms, we all felt very comfortable. The only thing with the layout of the apartment, the kitchen is the living room and it's also the dining room. So depending on the type of trip you're doing, there isn't really a comfortable space for the group to hang out together at the apartment, as the chairs available to sit in the common area are simple dining table chairs. Our trip was jammed packed with things, so anytime we got back to the apartment was to sleep and get ready to go out again. Another thing that might affect some people is the noise that comes into the apartment from the street downstairs. It eventually dies out overnight, but light sleepers might be affected early evenings. By far, all the positives outweigh the negatives and we would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Very near the Spanish steps. Mattress was not very good. Thin and pokey springs. Showers were very small. Difficult to bend and wash lower body. A/C was good. No lift. Stairs were very steep made for some struggle getting in. Much better when going down. Unit was very clean. Very friendly check in assistant.
