second time staying nice location. easy to bike into york on bike path (although no dedicated bike storage)
we found an overgrown area to store our bikes - given how easy it is to bike around and into york some secure (or at least not over grown) bike storage woudl be good. no outdoor space (there is a grass area the otherside of the drive but complicated rules on where you cna go and only two uncomfortable looking chairs) . Its dog friendly which means it smells a bit doggy. parking fills up and can be an issue.

So very comfortable, very clean, it had all the amenities. Great location. Easy Ubers to get into the city or easy access a lovely stroll along the river.
