Location is excellent. Just a short walk over the bridge into York city centre. Lovely high street right on the door step and a park down the road you can take the little ones to.
It’s a little dated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Small touches need to improvement, like curtains partly hanging off the rail.

The property was centrally located and perfect for accessing both the local markets and only a 15 min walk from Clifford tower and the centre of york. Honestly couldnt have hoped for a better place. Kitchen and lounges well stocked. Both parking and check were super easy, and the house was clean and comfortable.
The instructions left were also very detailed and easy to follow, and the hosts were communicative and gave us a free early check in.
Wifi didn't reach upstairs. No shower gel or washing equipment in the shower. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

Great location with free car parking outside. The house is spacious and homely. The house is clean.
The bathroom is dated and it could do with an upgrade. There are 2 separate taps and one is too hot and the other is too cold and difficult to use - should replace it with a mixed tap. Low water pressure for the shower.
