Nice little terraced house, superbly located and a peaceful stay

Great location, just off Bishopthorpe Road near to the Racecourse, and a quiet little street. On street parking was super convenient. Clean and comfortable furniture and beds. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Lovely old terraced home. Host is super helpful, accommodating and friendly.

The description is totally accurate - the stairs are steep (we have lived in similar houses before so knew what to expect), and the bathroom is off the kitchen, so if you have little ones or night time visits, it’s a bit of an inconvenience. But these items didn’t bother us, just useful to note. Couple of points about an outdoor ashtray and bins (not an issue to us, just to highlight) messaged the host, no problems at all.
